BlinDozer is the world’s first vending machine that bakes and packages pancakes in front of the customer. In addition, the robot-chef can independently monitor the freshness of all ingredients, cook according to 12 recipes, and create its own dish from standard fillings of choice.
“We actively support and implement promising Russian developments in urban transport. One of these is the unique BlinDozer project. All machines consist of 90% domestic components. We strive to make services for passengers even more convenient and useful, as instructed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin,” — noted Maksim Liksutov.
The project was launched with the support of the Moscow Transport Innovation Fund in 2022. Currently, there are 13 BlinDozer machines installed in Moscow, 11 of which can be found at metro stations: Kuntsevskaya, CSKA, Nizhegorodskaya, Pechatniki, Elektrozavodskaya, Prospekt Vernadskogo, Aviamotornaya, Michurinsky Prospekt, Pushkinskaya, Novogireevo, and Vnukovo Airport.
In 2025, the project will continue to develop, and installations of the machines in new locations are also planned.
