2023 Annual Meetings Curtain Raiser Speech

Ahead of the 2023 Annual Meetings in Marrakech, Morocco, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva will deliver the Curtain Raiser speech outlining the policy priorities ahead of the Annual Meetings in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
President Alassane Ouattara of Côte d’Ivoire will make introductory remarks, and the speech will be followed by a fireside chat between the Executive Director and Mr. Adama Coulibaly, Minister of Economy and Finance of Côte d’Ivoire.
